Payment
Cash on delivery only. You pay the courier when the racket reaches you - nothing is charged online and we never ask for card details.
All prices are in US dollars.
Delivery
- $6 flat, anywhere in Lebanon.
- Delivery is 1-2 business days, Lebanon wide.
- We call to confirm every order before it goes out.
Returns
Unused rackets can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in the original box and with the plastic still on the face. Message us on WhatsApp first and we will arrange the pickup.
A racket that has been played with cannot be returned, since the surface wears from the first session.
Warranty
Every racket carries the OXDOG manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover frame cracks from mishits, hitting the wall or the ground, or normal surface wear - that is standard across every padel brand.
Keep your delivery receipt as proof of purchase.
Authenticity
OXDOG Padel Lebanon is the official OXDOG distributor in Lebanon. Every racket sold here is sourced directly from OXDOG.
